The Leigh Creek Health Service is part of the Flinders Ranges Multipurpose Heath Service and the Rural Primary Health Service Program. Our hospital provides accident and emergency services, medical and surgical services and a range of allied health services provided by visiting practitioners. Through the Rural Primary Health Service Program a range of community based programs are delivered internally and externally.

Accident and emergency

This is a 24-hour service. When you arrive at the emergency department you will be seen by the duty nurse to collect information and assess your illness or injury. Following this assessment, treatment and advice may be given, or there is a doctor on call, if required.
